However you make yours…prick every sloe exactly 23 times…steep in your own secret choice of the best gin for the job…sugar and any other ingredients...Lay to rest! Its an age old labour of love!

This is a fun competition, aimed at being a social event for those of you who wish to share their home-steeped fruity alcohol. We would like you to join us on the 22nd January at The Hurstwood in the evening for the Judging. It will be a fun lighthearted evening which we hope will help lift the January Blues!
